On one side, shadow and silver try to stop mephiles and iblis and succeed until they fuse to form solaris, who is at the start of time( the original evil species, fallen angel of light)and travelled to their moments to destroy the world. On the other side, sonic and chip team up to stop dark gaia who will awaken after a billion years at the end of time( the final evil species, demon serpent) to claim all the planets in the universe. Finally, hyper sonic, shadow and silver come to fight solaris and dark gaia together to form an incarnation of evil itself( giant winged serpent) while this plays in the background.
